Exchanges and Returns MI Vintage Label
If you are unhappy with your product you have the right to return the item and receive a refund of the cost of the product (see exceptions bellow). Please email on email@example.com for details and to let us know when you have shipped your return order. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging and with their tags still attached. Please allow up to 15 days from receipt of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. None of these terms affect your statutory rights. We cannot accept returns on sale items. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Outlet and Discounted Items:
We don’t accept returns or exchanges on discounted and outlet items.
Swimwear and Lingerie:
We don’t accept returns or exchanges on Swimwear and Lingerie items.
Our vintage products are pre-selected pieces sourced with care. Each piece is unique and one of its kind so we hope you value being the owner of the items you purchase. Please note that since the products are vintage, there is the occasional wear and tear inherent in products that have more than 20 years of life. Regardless, we do our best to select vintage in a good condition as well as we go to great lengths to recover and repair damaged vintage.
We do not accept exchanges on our vintage items. The only exception to the rule is when the item does not arrive as described in the description in which case photos should be send on our customer service email to be evaluated before a return is granted.
Our team of experts checks each product for authenticity and providence. We do not sell fake/inauthentic products.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us on on firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order and we will process the return or exchange for you.

Exchanging your purchase
Exchanges can be made within 14 working days of delivery with proof of purchase and product in unused condition and in original packaging. Please email our Customer Care team on email@example.com with complete details of your order and the exchange item.
Exchanging an item for store credit
If you would like to return an item for store credit instead of a refund then please let us know when you email us, we will send you a credit note that will have validity of 6 months.
